We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SailPoint Administrator to join our IT team. The SailPoint Administrator will be responsible for the implementation, administration, and ongoing management of the SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow platform to support identity governance and administration (IGA) across our organization. This role will focus on provisioning, user access management, role-based access control (RBAC), certifications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security policies. The ideal candidate will have experience managing identity and access management (IAM) systems and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment, providing essential support for the security infrastructure.
What we want to see:
- 3+ years of hands on experience as a SailPoint Admin.B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in scripting languages such as BeanShell and or PowerShell and a familiarity with SQL.
- Familiarity with access control, risk management, and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
- Excellent communication.
Preferred: CISSP, CISM, or CIAM and project management experience. Responsibilities:
- SailPoint Platform Administration.
- User Lifecycle Management.
- Access Certification, Governance, and Role-Based Access Control.
- Responsible for the architecture, design, maintenance, and support of the Identity and Access Management system, SailPoint IdentityIQ. This system manages identities for all entities.
- Assist IAM Manager in the development of the IAM solutions roadmap.
- Manage existing IAM infrastructure and provide level 3 support. Work with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Creation of delivery documentation such as technical requirement design documents and technical component presentations.
- Works closely with IAM Manager to identify key technical components as required for project requirements and to assist in prioritization of development efforts.
- Work extensively with Directory Services teams to implement an authentication/authorization solution for application/systems logins.
